AM I?
As a 19-year-old, I started this business to address a gap in the area — there was a real lack of offensive line-focused trainers in Northern Virginia.
As someone who earned an All-Conference bid, Male Athlete of the Year (BP), and 15 Division I–III scholarship offers as a recruit myself, I wanted the opportunity to replicate that kind of development in other athletes.
My first summer coaching session in 2025, I took a group of high schoolers under my wing. The first prospect I worked with, Allie Bangura, came off his first year on the offensive line feeling pretty unhappy. After working together that summer, he made a massive jump — earning First Team All-Conference honors and ranking #3 in the conference.
In that same period I worked with Kenyon White who went from unranked to #1 in the Conference and 1st Team All-Conference, as well as Brock Mangano and Nick Galassi, who placed 2nd Team respectively.
No trainer in the Commonwealth District had more All-Conference offensive linemen than I did — 40%. I've also had the privilege of working with athletes from every level of college football, from the SWAC to the NJAC.
